Hasso - Immovable assets management     

Hasso, Ltd, has been operating in immovable assets market since 1992 and possesses buildings in the centres of the biggest and the most leading cities of the Czech Republic. Some of them have even high historical value. There have been realized extensive and expensive reconstructions both on its external parts and its interiors almost in all of them.
There are predominantly non-housing areas, which are successfully used as restaurants, shops, offices and shops of various kinds.
The philosophy and target of our company is to find especially such tenants with who in mutual cooperation with our company new functional business centres could be formed, supporting individual business activity there concentrated and forming meaningfully used building work. For that reason the company has never defended itself from mutual projects with the tenants, including financial contribution in these projects.
